Piroduct 597-A New Conductive Heat-Resistant Adhesive Aremco Corporation
Pairoduct is a heat-resistant adhesive with excellent conductivity and thermal conductivity based on silver particles. It is a developed product from American Alembic Products, with a maximum heat resistance temperature of 927°C. It uses silver as a filler, with a resistivity of 0.0002 Ω·cm. Since it uses an inorganic binder, it has superior weather resistance and heat resistance compared to organic adhesives. Additionally, it does not emit outgassing after firing, making it usable in a vacuum. It is a water-based, one-component silver paste. If you need to reduce viscosity, please use the dedicated thinner 597-A-T.
